Job Description

The HR Manager is responsible for managing the organization’s workforce by handling recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with company policies and labor laws. They support employee development, maintain a positive work environment, and ensure smooth communication between management and staff. HR also oversees onboarding, training, payroll coordination, and overall employee well-being.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably BBA, B.Com, or BA).
  • MBA or PG Diploma in HR (pursuing or completed) preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
