Job Description

We are looking for a Telecaller which is responsible for communicating with customers over the phone to promote products or services, generate leads, and provide support. They play a key role in building customer relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
• Explain products or services clearly and professionally
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
• Generate leads and fix appointments for the sales team
• Follow up with customers to close sales or maintain relationships
• Maintain records of calls, feedback, and customer details
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets
